What is check in/check out time?

Do you offer early check in time?
Based on hotel availability.
Do you allow smoking on premises? In the rooms?
Our property is a Smoke-Free Hotel, so smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms or public areas.
Do you offer complimentary WiFi in the hotel and guestrooms?
Complimentary WiFi available in the guestrooms and lobby.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
The fitness center is located on P1 across from the Executive Offices. We offer a 24 hour fitness center which features cardiovascular equipment and free weights
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Room service is available 24 hours.
Do you have a business center?
Our hotel offers 24 – hour computer station located in the lobby with printing services in the lobby. If you wish to send or receive a fax this can be done at the front desk
Do you have a hotel pool?
The outdoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed for the season. Our indoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed for renovation.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, for a $75 per stay fee we allow up to two dogs in a room no bigger than 50lbs each. You must sign a pet agreement at check-in.
Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Cribs are available to our guests at no additional charge. Based on availability. Rollaway beds are available for $15 a night fee based on availability. Please note due to fire regulations we cannot add a rollaway bed to a room with two double beds already in it.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Reservations not made through wyndham.com should refer to the original website to make any changes.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Our hotel guests are required to be 18 years of age or older. We do require a valid ID at check in.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Cancel 24 Hours prior to 4 pm day of arrival to avoid 1 Night charge plus applicable tax.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Yes, photo ID or Passport are required.
Can I check in with my debit card?
Yes, a valid debit card can be used at check-in. Please note a hold will be placed on the card for the full amount of the stay plus $50 a day up to $350 for incidentals. This can take your bank 7 to 10 business days to return to account after you check out. If you present a debit card please plan accordingly.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, based upon availability. Contact the hotel directly for special requests.

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
The Antlers Grill: open 7 days a week from 7am-10:30am
Sportivo Primo: Open Daily 12pm-8pm
Duca’s Brick Oven Neapolitan Pizza: Tuesday – Saturday 2pm-11pm
The Piccadilly Bar: Tuesday – Saturday 5pm-11pm
Starbucks: Daily 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Room Service: Sportivo Menu Available Daily 12pm-8pm, Ducas Menu Available Tuesday – Saturday 2pm-11pm
Are there separate lunch rooms available with meetings?
Lunch is not included with a meeting as standard but can be added for a fee
Is there complimentary high speed internet service in the meeting rooms? If not, what is the cost?
High speed internet is available in all meeting spaces. This is not complimentary. Please contact HEX Audio at 719-231-9095 for more information.
Do you offer continuous breaks in the conference center? Are breaks shared by all groups?
Breaks can be added to a meeting for additional fees. Breaks are private
Do you allow outside catering?
Does your on-site caterer offer vegetarian meals?
Yes, our on-site catering team is able to cater to almost all dietary requirements. Please contact your sales representative for further information. (please note we do not have a Kosher kitchen)
What is the earliest I can get into the room to set-up?
Speak with your sales representative for details.
Can we bring our own food & alcohol?
Food and beverage is a required purchase through the hotel. Outside food and beverage is not allowed in our event space.
When can I place an order for A/V equipment or Catering?
Once a contract has been signed and all deposits received the detailing process may begin. For groups outside of 45 days the detailing process typically begins within a 30 day window of the first meeting day.
What is your cancellation policy for meetings or conferences?
Please ask your Event Management Representative for details.
Do you have kitchen facilities for off-site caterers?
No, we do not allow offsite catering
What is included with the room rental?
Meeting room, tables and chairs, water on tables, pads and pens, candies on tables.
How many hours are included with the room rental?
Daytime events are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM and evening events are scheduled between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
What are your office hours?
8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Do I need an appointment to view the rooms?
Yes this is preferred so that any questions may be answered.
What forms of payment do you accept?
American Express, Visa, MC, Check, Money Order, Cashiers/Certified Check, Cash.
What is your parking situation and fee?
Fee is $17 for Self-Parking. Complimentary Self-Parking is available for non-hotel guests attending events at the hotel.
Do you have A/V equipment or WiFi?
All A/V Equipment is provided by BBAV. WiFi is available in meeting space with a fee. Please discuss pricing fees with your Event Management Representative.
How is your pricing determined?
Food & Beverage minimums are based on event space and guest count. Please ask your Event Management Representative for further details.
What is the deposit amount you require?
We require a 20% deposit of your food and beverage minimum.
Are tax and gratuity included?
Packages/Menu Pricing is exclusive of 23% Service Charge and Current State/City Sales Tax and 2.5% PIF (Property Improvement Fund) for additional fee to host ceremony after set up fee and taxes.
Are there any additional fees?
Any audio-visual needs may have fees attached.
Do you charge full price for children?
We offer Children’s Meals for $19.50 per Child, Ages 3 to 12
What is the cost of an open bar?
Costs for an open bar can range from $12.00 to $463.00 per person per hour. Contact your Catering Sales Manager for details.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes, our catering team offers tastings for events with a definite contract for up to 4 guests.
What can we taste?
Salad and entrée.
Do you have outside options for wedding ceremonies?
Yes, but it is not covered. Several outdoor options available within 10-15 minutes of venue.
Is the additional fee to host ceremony at the hotel?
Yes, $500 Room Rental fee, which is exclusive of the 23% Setup Fee and State/City Sales Tax.

What are the options for wedding reception locations?

What is the maxium number of guest allowed with a dance floor?

Only for ethnic events, such as Indian Weddings.
How much time is allocated for wedding receptions?
6 hours (6:00 PM – Midnight)
Are accommodations included in the wedding packages?
Yes, for Bride & Groom the night of the Reception with Champagne and Breakfast for Two the next morning
What centerpieces are included in the wedding package?
We include mirror and votive candles to compliment your centerpiece.
What color are your linens?

Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, from a licensed bakery.
How many bartenders must I have?
1 Bartender per 100 Guests
How many servers will there be?
1 per 25 guests
Who will run the event?
Your Catering Sales Manager will ensure your special day is ready and transitions seamlessly. Our Banquet Captain will be on site for the entirety of your event.
What type of payment is excepted?
Cashier’s check, credit card, personal check.
When is the final count and final payment due?
Three business days before the event by 12:00 pm
Can I have gift bags for my overnight guests? Is there a cost to have them delivered?
Yes we can deliver your gift bags to any of your overnight guests for a fee of $10 per bag.
How long is the hotel bar opened open?
Sportivo Primo is open until 11:00 PM daily.
Is parking complimentary for our guest?
Complimentary Self Parking available for non-hotel guests. Overnight Parking Rates as Follows:
- Self Parking, fee: $17 USD daily
Does the hotel offer a shuttle for guest for guests around town?
Hotel does not offer shuttle service. Your Catering Sales Manager can recommend local transportation options.
Does the hotel accept packages on behalf of hotel guests?
The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel is happy to receive package deliveries for guest’s convenience. Oversized packages and packages held for an extended period of time will result in a holding and handling fee.
Do you offer shuttle service to local attractions and restaurants?
Do you have a concierge desk to assist in reservations, tours and area attractions? What are the hours of operation?
The front desk can assist you with the local area attractions, making dinner reservations and/or arranging car service.

How do I get to the hotel?
Driving Directions to The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel Colorado Springs
From the North: Follow I-25 S to exit 142 (Bijou St). Turn left heading east for 1/2 mile. At 2nd light, Cascade Ave, turn right (S). Entrance to the hotel is 2 blocks on the right.
From the South: Follow I-25 N to exit 142 (Bijou St). Turn right heading east for 1/2 mile. At 1st light, Cascade Ave, turn right (S). Entrance to the hotel is 2 blocks on the right.
Directions from Colorado Springs Municipal Airport
Exit from airport is Drennan Road. Follow Drennan to Academy, turn left onto Academy, take to I-25 North (right turn), follow I-25 until exit #140 Nevada Avenue. Turn right onto Nevada Avenue/follow North 2 miles to Pikes Peak Avenue. Turn left, hotel ahead.

Directions from Denver International Airport
Exit airport on Pena Boulevard. Right at exit 6A S on E-470 (tollway), for approxiately 25 miles to I-25 S Exit (Colorado Springs), take I-25 S to exit 142 (Bijou St.). Turn Left for .04 miles. Turn right onto Cascade. Follow for 2 blocks. The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel is on the right.

Cabs from the airport are $30-35 and they do accept credit cards
Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
We do not have a hotel shuttle. The Hotel has a cab stand in the driveway and the valets are happy to help you with taxi services.
Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
We have a covered garage under the hotel for parking. Please note the clearance is 6ft 8in. The parking rate is not typically included in the room rate.
